So only 38 of these available, The photo shown was a precursor to the release I believe and I don't have a good copy of the actual release image, but this one is nice enough. the release had the simple normal style videopac plus style case. Martijn added a plus style background to the game. tricky to put a price on it, but whatever you pay I suspect will be the going rate as you will only be competing against hardcore collectors. I expect 100gp would be reasonable since this is just a variant and not an original game. but much welcomed.
