Hard to pin down the nature of this, it is very rare, theres actually two carts combined to the full package when its labeled as CSV1 and CSV2, or Verkehrsspiele 1 and Verkehrsspiele 2 an educational promotional software released only in Germany as promotional to schools in west Germany at the time, then later given away as the V cart to members of the Commander Rom club, essentialy the Odyssey Adventure subscribers of the german aspect of the manufactures club. Here in the UK it was just the G7000 club. so as with all freebies of this ilk, it is rare, not many would have subscibed or even rarer would be the original blue CSV carts given to the schools promoting the console as an educational tool.
